At The Moody Lane, every product is carefully made and quality-checked before dispatch. Since many of our products are made-to-order, we only accept returns and exchanges under specific conditions.
Eligible for Return or Exchange
We offer replacements or exchanges only if:

Conditions for Approval
Returned items must:

Be unused and unwashed

Have original tags and packaging intact

Be in the same condition as received
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Change of mind

Color preference issues

Customized or personalized products

Sale or discounted items
Exchange Process
Once your request is approved:

Our team will arrange a pickup (if applicable)

The returned item will undergo inspection

Replacement orders are processed within 3–5 business days
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for eligible cases where a replacement is unavailable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
COD Charges Policy
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹50 COD handling fee is charged at the time of purchase.
Please note:

The ₹50 COD fee is non-refundable

In case of returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refused deliveries, only the eligible product amount will be refunded

COD handling charges will not be refunded under any circumstances
