Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected payment method.

Prepaid Orders: Free delivery on all prepaid orders
Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional ₹50 COD handling fee will be charged on all COD orders

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to track your package in real time.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours.
