Conditions for Approval
Returned items must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Have original tags and packaging intact
- Be in the same condition as received
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Change of mind
- Color preference issues

Exchange Process

- The returned item will undergo inspection
- Replacement orders are processed within 3–5 business days
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for eligible cases where a replacement is unavailable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
COD Charges Policy
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹50 COD handling fee is charged at the time of purchase.

- The ₹50 COD fee is non-refundable
- In case of returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refused deliveries, only the eligible product amount will be refunded
- COD handling charges will not be refunded under any circumstances
